This week, the Prosecutor's Office of the Brest region sent a criminal case to the court on charges against Daria Losik of "facilitating extremist activities" (Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code).
She faces up to 7 years in prison.
According to the case file, Daria Losik gave an interview to the "extremist formation" "Belsat", in which she positioned herself as the wife of a "political prisoner".
She gave a personal positive rating to state bodies whose competence includes the implementation of criminal prosecution and the sending of justice, the prosecutor's office also noted.
Daria Losik was detained on October 18.
The daughter of Igor and Daria Losikov is now with her grandmother and grandfather.
