The Pingtung County Government has recently completed the renovation of 14 bus shelters. Combined with local characteristics, they have been transformed into eye-catching food and soup stations, aquariums, retro radios, chocolates, etc., which have become the recognition images for travelers to know Pingtung.

Pingtung County started renovation of artistic bus shelters in 2018, and there are currently nearly 30 in the county.

The design incorporates local taste and urban memory, and becomes a public art with rich expressions, making waiting for the bus a wonderful start to understand the city and feel the creativity.

The retro portable radio in front of Datong High School in Pingtung City is equipped with headphones, which symbolizes the hot sound of youth.
