On the eve of the Christmas holidays, the Student Council of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" organizes a charity book bazaar "Buy a book - give hope" and the collected funds will be donated to the "Bulgarian Christmas".



On Sunday, December 11, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Central Foyer of "St. Kliment Ohridski" SU, everyone will have the opportunity to bring their already read books, as well as to purchase new ones.

The books will be sold at symbolic prices of BGN 5 and BGN 10.

Organizers from the Student Council note that books will be accepted throughout the day, with no limit to the genres or languages ​​in which they are written.

The event is part of a series of initiatives by students from Alma Mater, who once again take up the cause of breathing new life into books with a charitable cause - "Bulgarian Christmas".

In the spring of this year, the young people of the Sofia University managed to collect a total of BGN 31,659.73 for Ukraine within two editions of the "Buy a book to help Ukraine" event.

As then, as now, during the initiative, the doors of Sofia University are wide open, and behind them piles of books await a new owner.

Anyone wishing to help has the opportunity to donate their books to "find a new home" or buy a book at a nominal price.
