[Instant News/Comprehensive Report] In a large resettlement community in Xi'an, China, because the government and the residents did not communicate well who would be responsible for cleaning up the leftover "construction waste", the community was full of rubbish piles taller than people. The picture is quite amazing.

According to comprehensive Chinese media reports, a video of a Xi'an community full of rubbish dumps was recently circulated on China's social cloud platform. In the video, it can be seen that, except for a main passageway for people to walk, the front and back of other buildings are full of construction waste.

It is reported that this community is District A of Fengmingxi Garden in Xi'an City. It is a resettlement community in Jiao Village, Chang'an District, Xi'an City. The key was handed over in September this year, and then the owners began to decorate.

The reason why these rubbish are left behind is that the village is responsible for all the garbage in the nearby resettlement communities, and the villagers don’t have to worry about it.

At present, the village committee of Jiao Village is discussing whether it can charge some fees to the villagers to dispose of the garbage.
