Chen Xue'e is an active learner and is now working as a language teaching support staff for new residents at Yuanhou Elementary School in Hsinchu County.

[Reporter Huang Meizhu/Hsinchu Report] Chen Xue’e, a daughter-in-law from Vietnam in Hsinchu County, came to Taiwan for the sake of her family and children. She went from ignorant of Chinese to hard work and finally obtained a degree from an air university. In recent years, she has devoted herself to teaching Vietnamese in Taiwan and compiling language teaching aids. Inheriting Vietnamese culture and being recognized as a role model for new residents by the Hsinchu County Government, they will be commended at the "2022 International Immigrant Day Carnival" held at Zhubei New Tile House on Saturday and 10th.

According to the county government, Chen Xue'e married from Vietnam and came to Taiwan 17 years ago. She continued to study and study in order to accompany her children. With the support and companionship of her husband and the encouragement of her daughter, she started from elementary school all the way, then went to junior high school, high school, and then went to Air University. Not only did she have excellent grades, but she also became a language teaching support staff for new residents in Yuanhou Elementary School, Zhudong Township, Hsinchu County.

According to the County Education Bureau, Chen Xue'e also compiled teaching aids in Vietnamese through the Chinese remedial (Vietnamese) interpreter training course for children of new residents to make it easier for students to absorb.

She is also actively improving the design of her own teaching content, participating in the teacher training of the new residents' language teaching support staff, and guiding the new residents to integrate Vietnamese into their lives. Her spirit of striving to enrich herself and help others transcends borders, which is really admirable.

Chen Xue’e, a Vietnamese daughter-in-law from Hsinchu County, came to Taiwan from elementary school in my country and went all the way to Kong University. In addition to working hard to learn, she also helped people around her grow together and became a teaching support staff for new residents in Hsinchu County.
