The Supreme Court imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on the student who came to collect the compensation.

In court battles, sometimes the matter turns upside down.

You may have to pay a fine when you come to seek compensation.

Student Anand Kishore Chowdhary, who failed due to obscene advertisements while studying on Google, had filed an application demanding compensation of Rs 75 lakh from Google, but the Supreme Court imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on the student who came to collect the compensation.

Describing YouTube as responsible for failing in the exam, the student had filed an application demanding damages of Rs 75 lakh.

A bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Abhay S Oak expressed displeasure over such a petition and said that it is one of the worst petitions.

He said that if you do not want to see the advertisement, then do not see it.

However, the court said that this is an interesting petition but very absurd.

Refusing to hear the petition, the court said that you have wasted the time of the court.

For this you are fined Rs 25,000.

In fact, a student named Anand Kishore Chaudhary filed a petition in the Supreme Court saying that due to the obscene advertisements coming in between the videos of studies on YouTube, his concentration and attention was distracted on his studies.

Because of this, he could not pass the recruitment examination of Madhya Pradesh Police.

In lieu of this, YouTube should give him a compensation of Rs 75 lakh.
