The Bulgarian Socialist Party (abbreviated BSP) is for Bulgaria" and "We continue the change

Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev presented their political project "We continue the change"" called on President Rumen Radev to appear in the parliament to explain the actions and inactions of his appointed cabinet.

In a procedure in the manner of leadership, Ivan Chenchev from the left insisted that the entire National Assembly call on the "chief of the appointees" to come to the plenary hall and explain all the actions and inactions of the official cabinet.

As far as I understand, everyone here in this hall has remarks, Chenchev addressed the deputies after a series of procedures in the way of leadership and reminded that there is a Constitution, we are a parliamentary republic and we have a president who has appointed the official cabinet.

"Let's fill this empty chair, fill it with content and see what this content will say regarding the failure of the official cabinet," Chenchev insisted.

At the beginning of the series of procedures, Chenchev called on the chairman of the session of the parliament, Rosen Zhelyazkov (GERB-SDS), to call on the acting prime minister, whom he said he would call "appointed", to begin with his ministers to respond to those appointed by the people's representatives questions.

Chenchev defined the statement of the acting Prime Minister that his hearing in the parliament was a "straw for drowning men" as "unprecedented insolence".

"Are there drowning people here, isn't this an insult to the National Assembly, come on, Mr. Speaker, let's together call on the acting prime minister, the prime minister-designate, to put on the floats and fins and come quickly to the parliament to the drowning people," he insisted the deputy.

We are getting to the point where one person controls everyone in the state, but all of the appointed ones, Chenchev pointed out, then added that the people's representatives are elected by the Bulgarian people.

Prime Minister Donev urged: Let's not use Schengen for political glory

Everyone will call us what they want, answered Yordan Tsonev, deputy chairman of the DPS parliamentary group, again in a procedure of the way of leadership.

Tsonev pointed out that since three out of four parliaments cannot appoint a regular cabinet, there is nothing to call for.

Tsonev called for them to take matters into their own hands and form a regular cabinet - something that Bulgarian citizens expect.

Subsequently and from "We continue the change

Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev presented their political project "We continue the change"" and demanded answers from President Rumen Radev.

Also to the leader of the parliamentary session, Asen Vasilev, co-chairman of "We continue the change

Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev presented their political project "We continue the change", said that all ministers, regardless of whether they are regular or official, should be accountable to the National Assembly. Personally, I have been an official minister twice and I have never allowed myself not to appear in the National Assembly, Vassilev added. This is based on the fact that Bulgaria is a parliamentary republic, Bulgaria is not a presidential republic, commented Vassilev. He insisted that the parliament should call on the person who appoints them to instruct the official ministers to come in the parliament or he himself should come and explain why his ministers and prime minister do not want to report to this National Assembly. "Mr. Radev, why are your ministers and your prime minister hiding from the National Assembly," he asked Asen Vassilev.

Yavor Bozhankov from "BSP

The Bulgarian Socialist Party (abbreviated as BSP is for Bulgaria)" noted that after the intervention of the Speaker of the Parliament, he finally received answers to the questions he sent to the Acting Minister of Defense Dimitar Stoyanov about contracts concluded by the Ministry of Defense. Bozhankov stated , that in the received answers the names of the companies with which the contracts were concluded were deleted, and there were no prices. The prices were deleted with a white sheet of paper and a scanned copy was sent, he commented. Bozhankov noted that it was not clear how the public funds were spent funds, how the money is spent, and the official minister did not report. "The official cabinet surpassed Borisov from his darkest years," commented Bozhankov.

Yavor Bozhankov (BSP): Borisov is like a madman with a machine gun

His colleague, Georgi Svilenski, stated that the official cabinet undermines the authority of the National Assembly.

Official ministers cannot not appear in parliament, he noted, and insisted that the chairman of the meeting make the necessary efforts for the minister of transport to appear today in the parliamentary committee on transport.

Mr. Bozhankov, if you are hiding data, valuables and companies, the ministers are hiding in the transport committee, said Svilenski.

Smilyana Krasteva from "BSP

The Bulgarian Socialist Party (abbreviated as BSP) is for Bulgaria" said that the acting Minister of Economy and Industry is also hiding. I have been waiting for an answer to the questions I have asked for two months now. Mr. President, please take action so that finally come and answer, said Krasteva.
