In the questionnaire, they are asked to answer questions about the level of education, previous places of work, service in the army, business relations, contacts with government institutions of NATO countries and the European Union.

The last three questions concern political aspects.

A question was asked about access to secret information and connections with the intelligence and security services of the country of origin or another state (except Lithuania).

The questionnaire then asks about Russian aggression in Ukraine.

Applicants must answer the question "Do you support the military actions carried out by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine?"

The answer is only yes or no.

The final, eleventh point contains the question "Who do you think Crimea belongs to?".

It is necessary, as for the previous question, to choose the answer option, "Russia" or "Ukraine".
