The concentration of Azerbaijani exports in several countries creates risks.

"APA-Economics" reports that Antonio Nusifora, manager of Macroeconomics, trade and investments practice of the World Bank at the headquarters, said this during the discussion of "Azerbaijan: Economic Memorandum on the Country" at ADA University.

He said that Russia is the main export destination for agriculture.

90% of the cotton is sent to Turkey, and almost all of the gold is sent to Switzerland.

This means that when there is a recession in Turkey, the export of cotton, and when there is a problem in Russia, the export of agricultural products may face problems.
