The investigators then arrested He Suspect at Taiwan Railway Gushan Station. He confessed that when he came to find his ex-wife, he saw Wu angry and committed the murder.
He Suan recently applied for bail due to the expiration of the detention period, but was rejected by the judge and ruled to extend the detention for 2 months. He refused to accept it and pointed out that he regretted the crime very much. After committing the crime, they all confessed that there was no risk of fleeing or destroying the evidence, and asked to be released on bail.
The judge of the second-instance collegial panel investigated, and He Suan confessed to killing in anger with two fruit knives. Wu Nan had 131 knife wounds all over his body, concentrated in the head, neck, and limbs. The lungs, liver, kidneys, and pancreas were all pierced. He was hung from the doorknob and died of suffocation due to compression of the neck. The circumstances involved in the case were serious. The minimum sentence for the crime was more than 10 years, and he was in danger of fleeing. The ruling rejected the appeal.
