On Wednesday, November 7, around 7:50 a.m., there was a train accident in

Spain

at the Montcada i Reixac station.

At least 155 people were injured in the collision, of which 14 passengers were taken to a local medical center for treatment.

The BBC writes about it. 

According to local media, the trains were traveling in the same direction and collided when one of them was standing at the station.

The victims received injuries to the cervical spine, as well as leg and arm injuries. 

A representative of the emergency services said that the moving train collided with the "rear end" of the train that was standing at the station.

Due to the accident, the movement of trains on several lines was stopped for a short time.
