Russian dictator Putin, who started a bloody war against Ukraine in 2014, spoke of "genocide".

The dictator was saddened by the fact that occupied Donetsk "was left without water".

He announced this at his press conference on December 7.

The Russian dictator, who began annexing the territories of Ukraine back in 2014 and launched a full-scale invasion on February 24, saw "genocide".

However, not because of mass murders of Ukrainians by the occupying army and large-scale missile strikes.

Putin called the fact that "the armed forces are obstructing the water supply of Donetsk" a genocide.

Genocide in Ukraine and destruction of energy infrastructure

Russian terrorists are committing genocide in the occupied territories of Ukraine, torturing, killing and raping Ukrainian citizens.

Mass graves of tortured Ukrainians and Russian torture chambers are found in all populated areas after they are liberated by the Armed Forces.

This was the case in Buch, Izyum, Kherson and other settlements.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Russian occupation forces have killed 9,400 Ukrainian civilians since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, and this is only in the territories controlled by Ukraine.

The Senate of the Czech Republic has already recognized the crimes committed by the Russian Federation in Ukraine as genocide of the Ukrainian people.

Also, Canada officially recognized Russia's crimes against Ukraine as genocide of the Ukrainian people.

Latvia and Estonia adopted the same decisions.

Since October 10, the occupiers have been massively shelling Ukraine's energy infrastructure with missiles.

The Russians do not hide their goal: they want the Ukrainians to freeze in winter and capitulate.
