The winter session of the Parliament is starting from today.

The Parliament Secretariat has relaxed the norms for the entry of visitors/guests during this period.

The entry of all non-essential visitors was banned during the Corona period.

However, this time it will not happen. 

According to the Lok Sabha bulletin issued on December 5, 2022, it has been decided to issue gallery passes to the visitors/guests.

Members will be given entry in a limited and controlled manner during the 10th session of the 17th Lok Sabha following the COVID-19 health safety guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Members can avail online mode of application for issue of Gallery Pass. 

At the same time, relaxation has also been given in the entry rule in the Central Hall, Parliament House.

In line with the guidelines followed during the 9th session of the 17th Lok Sabha, former MPs will be allowed access to the Central Hall, Parliament House.

The entry into the Parliament House and the Central Hall shall be regulated as per the rules and instructions issued by the Speaker from time to time.

However, no person is allowed entry without a valid pass.

Even if it is with the MP only.
