Putin and his associates are developing a plan to flee to Venezuela in case of defeat in the war against Ukraine and a coup d'état in the Russian Federation.

This was stated by Putin's former speechwriter, Russian political scientist Abbas Galyamov, with reference to his insider source.

"Usually I don't tell insider stories, but today I will make an exception. Firstly, I trust the source too much, and secondly, the information is already very hot," said Gallyamov.

According to his information, the Putin regime started work on the project under the unofficial name "Noah's Ark" since the spring.

It is about finding new lands, where it will be possible to go in case of losing the war and losing power.

China was initially considered

Gallyamov claims that initially China was considered the main platform.

This option was proposed by Mykhailo Kovalchuk, one of Putin's closest associates.

"However, potential emigrants quickly became disappointed in the prospects of cooperation with him. The Chinese are too self-centered and too disdainful of others who have lost, especially. As they now understand, there is little hope for them," the political scientist explains.

Latin America

Now Putin and his henchmen are considering the option of fleeing to the countries of Latin America - Argentina or Venezuela.

"I don't know any details about the first one, but the relocation project to the second one is overseen by (the head of Rosneft. - Ed.) Sechin. He has a good personal relationship with Maduro, and it is to him that the supervision of the evacuation project is now transferred," Galyamov claims.

According to him, Yury Kurylin, the right-hand man of the head of Rosneft, is directly responsible for the on-site visit.

The official formally resigned from there and now fully devoted himself to "Noah's Ark".

Where will lower-ranking officials flee

As the Russian Telegram channel "We can explain" reports with reference to its own sources, high-ranking Russian officials are actively buying real estate on the Venezuelan island of Margarita, where they will allegedly be protected from extradition.

Middle-level officials plan to flee to Paraguay, Ecuador and Argentina.

Paraguay, Ecuador and Argentina have recently eased the requirements for obtaining a residence permit and speeded up the process.

"In some cases, it is not even the purchase of real estate that is enough, but a deposit in a local bank for $5,000. You need to submit documents in person, but you can also receive them by mail, that is, while staying in Russia. Citizenship of these countries gives the opportunity to travel without visas and in the Schengen zone." - the message says.

Escape of dictators

Earlier, Russian Telegram channels wrote that Putin considers the Central African Republic as one of two options for evacuation in an emergency situation for himself and his loved ones.

Advisor to the President's Office, Oleksiy Arestovich, claimed that Putin allegedly asked China for political asylum three times.

Another dictator, Oleksandr Lukashenko, is also considering fleeing to China.

This was reported by Pavlo Latushko, a Belarusian oppositionist who lives in Poland.

Former State Duma deputy Ihor Yakovenko said that in Russia "hundreds of people are running away from the authorities."
