[Reporter Chen Xinyu/Taipei Report] Many Taiwanese businessmen began to book air tickets to return to Taiwan during the Lunar New Year, but it was reported that nearly half of the flights back to Taiwan were cancelled. Minister of Transport Wang Guocai attended the Legislative Yuan Transportation Committee this morning (7th) and answered questions. Interviewed before the meeting Said that our national airlines have no restrictions, and the national airlines will deal with this situation at any time.

Wang Guocai said that currently China includes Shanghai, Beijing, and Xiamen. Due to the dynamic clearing and China’s epidemic prevention management, there will be restrictions on the number of flights, and even some temporary situations will require not to fly. Probably this National airlines will deal with the situation at any time, and the situation during the Spring Festival will allow all Taiwanese businessmen to come back through continuous communication.
