Shanhua Qing’an Palace Gods Carnival detour will start at 5:00 p.m. on December 10 from under the Dacheng Road Bridge near Shanhua Railway Station, passing through Shanhua Railway Station, Shanhua District Office, and Niuxu Park to Shanhua Qing’an along the way palace.

Su Junying pointed out that the first Shanhua Qing'an Palace Lantern Festival will also be held this year, with the theme of "Wan Rabbits Visiting Buddha". About 630 lanterns will be painted by Shanhua Elementary School, Dacheng Elementary School and the community, and arranged around and in the temple. The 7-foot main lantern made by Santai and the Eight Immortals pray for blessings. It is currently hanging in front of the temple.
At the end of December 10th, there will be a photography competition with the theme of "Yi Ge Cars Around the Border, Lanterns", and the winning works will be selected during the Lantern Festival.
