In this case, the Supreme Court has fixed the date of hearing.

In fact, on behalf of Uddhav Thackeray's camp, Devdutt Kamat had demanded an early hearing of the matter.

He told the CJI bench that the government in Maharashtra is running in a completely unconstitutional manner.

In such a situation, the Supreme Court should hear soon.
