The head of the ruling Solidarity and Action party of Montenegro, Igor Grosu, decided to defy the resolution of the European Parliament recognizing Russia as a state that finances terrorism.

APA reports that Grosu will officially announce his position in the next few days.

"We are studying the resolution and preparing a document on the attitude of Moldova," said the speaker of the parliament.

It should be noted that the European Parliament has recognized Russia as a state that sponsors terrorism.

494 people voted in favor of the document.
