We must all be intransigent against the manifestations of unregulated behavior or corrupt practices.

This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Labor and Social Policy Lazar Lazarov

Lazar Lazarov was born on March 18, 1970 in Sofia.

He graduated from UNSS, a specialty during today's parliamentary control.

He answered a question from Petar Kulenski and Ivaylo Shotev ("We continue the change") regarding received reports of criminal prosecution against senior employees of the Labor Inspection Directorate - Pazardzhik.

There are no reports or initiated pre-trial proceedings against the director of the Labor Inspection Directorate - Pazardzhik, the minister said.

He explained that a criminal case of a general nature was initiated by the Pazardzhik District Court against the chief inspector.

The person was temporarily suspended from work and disciplinary proceedings were initiated, the minister said.

He explained that after a hearing, the person was released from the inspection, but after an appeal to the court, the employee was reinstated.

The Labor Inspectorate has taken appropriate actions to "attack" the decision of the Administrative Court-Pazardzhik, with a request for its cancellation as incorrect, Lazarov also informed.

Lazar Lazarov: Further recalculations of pensions deepen inequalities and disrupt social security contributions

All actions will be taken in accordance with the current legislation and the developed internal rules in the Labor Inspection, so that such practices are not allowed.

When we find out about such, we will take appropriate actions, assured the minister, quoted by BTA.
