Sports Research Center (IAM) has started the implementation of the "Winners of the Year-2022" project.

According to the Apasport.az website, at the initial stage of the project, which has been implemented for the 10th consecutive year, 7 nominations ("Sportsman of the Year", "Sportsman of the Year", "Football Player of the Year") were made among sports journalists working in different mass media (one person from each mass media). ", "Foreign Footballer of the Year", "Team of the Year", "Coach of the Year" and "Sports Competition of the Year").

At this time, journalists can indicate one of the proposed candidates or a person they consider worthy in their answers.

In the end, the candidate with the most votes will be awarded at the "Golden Ten" ceremony with the participation of representatives of the sports community.

Special awards of IAM will also be presented during the event.
