President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Western partners have never provided Ukraine with intelligence on the future large-scale offensive of Russia.

According to RBC-Ukraine, the head of state said this in an interview with the Financial Times.

So, in particular, the president emphasized that Western officials only publicly warned Kyiv about the Russian attack, but did not provide specific materials.

"No one showed us specific materials that would say that they would be from one direction or another," Zelenskyi noted.

We will remind you that

on February 24, Russia launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine

from several directions at once, launching a series of missile attacks on peaceful cities in various regions.

It is worth noting that before February 24, Western officials, including US President Joe Biden, did indeed publicly warn Kyiv about a possible attack by the Russian Federation.

Later, the American leader even said that Volodymyr Zelensky ignored the warning about a possible attack on the eve of February 24.

However, in the President's Office then, commenting on

Biden's statement

,

noted that Ukraine was preparing for an attack by Russia, but the scale of the aggression could not be predicted, and reproached the USA that

Washington gave Kyiv only three days in military operations against the Russian Federation

.

And also why the Western partners, knowing about the offensive, did not introduce preventive sanctions against Moscow, which would make war impossible.
