By order of Prime Minister Galab Donev, Hristo Valchanov was dismissed from the position of executive director of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (FSA).

The position is held by the former deputy executive director of the Agency, Ivan Shikov.

The change was proposed by the Minister of Agriculture, Yavor Gechev

Yavor Gechev was born on June 10, 1978 in Plovdiv.
