As a result of the explosions on the morning of December 5 at two military airfields in the Russian Federation, from which the aggressor state strikes on the territory of Ukraine with strategic bombers, two planes were damaged.

Several Russian soldiers were wounded, four of them fatally.

This is reported by Russian propagandists with reference to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

According to the Russians, the attack on the airfields "Engels" in the Saratov region and "Diaghilev" in the Ryazan region was carried out by "jet drones of Soviet production".

Both military facilities, on which strategic aviation planes are based, are located almost 500 km deep into the territory of Russia - approximately the same distance from the Ukrainian border is the Russian capital Moscow.

"Three servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces, who were at the airfield of the Russian Air Force, were fatally wounded, and four more were injured," the Russian military department said in a statement.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation called these airstrikes an attempt by Ukraine to "disrupt the work of Russian long-range aviation."

The Russians assure that the damage to the two planes was insignificant, they allegedly only had damage to the skin.

For obvious reasons, propagandists do not publish a video of the consequences of the attack, which would confirm this statement.

We will remind, on the morning of December 5, it became known about explosions at airfields near Ryazan and in the Saratov region.

In the last case, two Tu-95 missile carriers were damaged due to the fall of an unidentified drone.
