A young Turkish beautician posted a selfie with a farewell caption a few minutes before the plane she was flying in crashed.

It is reported that on Thursday afternoon, 22-year-old Burju Saglam and the 54-year-old pilot took off from Pamukovo in Turkey.

Saglam was all smiles as she posted footage and photos of herself from the cockpit on Instagram with the caption, "Goodbye."

The single-engine plane in which they were flying with the pilot fell to the ground when its wing hit a power line at a power plant in Osmanghaz.

This reportedly happened after losing contact about 20 minutes after takeoff.

The impact of the falling plane was caught on CCTV and the wreckage of the plane was found in a parking lot near the power station.

As a result of the fall, the passenger and the pilot died at the crash site.

According to the report, no one was injured on the ground.
