Explosions were reported in Zaporozhye, Odessa, Kherson, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Lviv, Ternopil, and Cherkasy regions.

Russia claims to have hit 17 targets.

It is claimed that the strikes were of military significance and disrupted the transfer of military reserves and weapons by rail.

  • After the explosion on the Crimean bridge in October 2022 and the appointment of the sole commander of the Russian military group in Ukraine, Moscow launched several massive strikes on the Ukrainian energy infrastructure.

  • Kyiv and many Western countries say that the attacks are directed against the civilian population, which is prohibited by international law and is considered a war crime.

    The Kremlin denies this.
