I remember when Shusha was occupied then, someone told us that you will never see Shusha again, but we did.

APA reports that national activist of South Azerbaijan, head of South Azerbaijan Television (GunazTV) Ahmet Obali said this at a meeting at the Press Council.

The national activist assessed the processes taking place in the South as a historical circumstance: "After Shusha was arrested, I searched for that person a lot. I can say that your prediction turned out to be wrong. But, unfortunately, I did not find him. And once upon a time there were people who said, "The issue of South Azerbaijan is over." Now I wish I think that we should find the people who used these expressions and say: "This prediction turned out to be wrong too. That matter is not over". You know, a historical opportunity has arisen in the South at the moment. There have been 4 revolutions in the past 100 years and we have demanded our rights. We believed in promises in all these 4 revolutions, which was our mistake. We are talking about the promise of a local state. I believe that we will no longer believe in such promises."
