There was no sign of life, and he was rushed to Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital for emergency treatment. The detailed cause of the accident has yet to be clarified.

The Fire Department stated that it received a report at 1:00 p.m. that an SUV and a large truck collided with each other 247.2 kilometers north of Guoyi, and the body of the SUV was severely damaged. A 58-year-old man surnamed Li who was driving the SUV was trapped in the 3-kilometer traffic jam. Firefighters rescued him after destroying the car body with scissors. There was no sign of life at the moment, and he was rushed to Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital for emergency treatment.
