The Supreme Court dismissed the petition with a fine of one lakh rupees.

New Delhi:

A strange PIL was filed in the Supreme Court today.

In this, the petitioner sought instructions from the Supreme Court to consider Swami Anukul Chandra Thakur as the only God.

The Supreme Court dismissed the petition with a fine of one lakh rupees.

Dismissing the petition, Supreme Court Justice MR Shah and Justice CT Ravikumar said that whatever you believe, but how can you ask all the citizens of the country to consider Sri Sri Anukul Thakur as God?

On the request of the petitioner not to impose fine, the Supreme Court said that you have misused the PIL.

We have imposed less fine.

No one has the right to misuse the PIL.

India is a secular country.

Here everyone has the right to worship according to his religious belief and propagate the teachings, teachings and beliefs of his deity, but no one can force anyone.

In fact, Upendra Nath Dalai had also made BJP, RSS, All India Muslim Personal Law Board, Gurdwara Bangla Sahib, ISKCON Committee, Buddhist Society of India, National Christian Council etc. parties in the petition.
