He developed a fever on November 18 and was confirmed positive by PCR on the 20th. During his home care, he developed rashes, red eyes, and right neck swelling With other symptoms, he went to the emergency room on the 26th, checked for mild hydropericardium and coronary artery inflammation, was diagnosed with MIS-C and was hospitalized, given immunoglobulin, steroids and other drugs and improved, and was discharged on the 29th.

Because coronary artery inflammation is not a symptom of the infection itself, it was judged as MIS-C.

According to the statistics of the command center, there have been 279 severe cases of children under the age of 12, including 185 cases of MIS-C, 33 cases of encephalitis, 30 cases of pneumonia, 11 cases of croup, 4 cases of sepsis, 5 cases of comorbidities and others, and 2 cases of myocarditis 9 cases died at home; 38 cases died, including 13 cases of encephalitis, 9 cases of pneumonia, 3 cases of sepsis, 2 cases of comorbidity, 1 case of croup and 1 case of myocarditis, and 9 cases of death at home.
