A large-scale aerial alert continues in Ukraine and residents of the

Kharkiv region

have been warned that the occupiers are continuing to launch missiles.

This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Synegubov.

The official thanked the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces for their excellent work, but urged citizens to still stay in shelters for safety.

"We thank our Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular the air defense units. Residents of Kharkiv region, do not lose vigilance, the occupiers continue to launch!" - said in his message at 15:57.

We will remind, on December 5, the Russians once again attacked Ukraine.

Air

defense operations

were recorded in Kharkiv Oblast, Kyiv Oblast, Poltava Oblast, Vinnytsia Oblast, Khmelnytsky Oblast, Odesa Oblast, Mykolaiv Oblast, and Cherkasy Oblast. 

Ukrenergo confirmed that critical infrastructure objects were hit, so

emergency power outages were introduced.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, Russian invaders

bombed several private houses

on December 5, causing injuries and deaths.

At 3:06 p.m., the head of Mykolayiv OVA Vitaly Kim reported that

Russia had fired a second wave of missiles at Ukraine.
