A total of 56, 573 EVMs have been made available for voting.

In this election, the main contest is being considered between BJP, Aam Aadmi Party and Congress.

The total number of voters who voted for the Delhi Municipal Corporation election is 1,45,05,322.

Of these, 78,93,403 are male and 66,10,858 are female along with 1061 other voters.

The special thing is that the number of people above 100 years of age is 229, while there are 2,04,301 voters between 80 years and 100 years.

The number of first time voters is 95,458.

The most populous ward is Mayur Vihar-1.

There are 88,878 voters here.

The least populated ward is Kanjhawala.

The total number of helpers here is 40,467.

Compared to 2017, the number of candidates and seats contesting in 2022 has also decreased.

In 2017, a total of 2538 candidates were in the fray, while in 2022, 1349 candidates are in the fray.
