Russia may experience serious difficulties in developing new high-precision missiles, which it uses to attack the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine.
This was
stated
by the Director of National Intelligence of the USA, Avril Haynes, at the annual National Defense Forum in California.
She noted that Russia currently uses more weapons than it has time to produce.
Haynes said that she does not have actual figures, but she is sure that Russia is using up its stockpile of high-precision missiles very quickly.
"From our data, they don't have the ability to do entirely in-house what they're spending now. So that's going to be a challenge for them," Haynes said.
It will be recalled that earlier the head of the US Department of Defense, Lloyd Austin, stated that
Russia is intentionally and brutally shelling the Ukrainian civilian infrastructure and population.
We also informed that the Russian military has
changed its tactics and is launching massive missile attacks on Ukrainian cities
