The Bulgarian student Gabriel Stoyanov, who died in a knife attack in the British capital, received a posthumous diploma from the London Borough of Bromley.

He lived there.

The diploma is called "Celebration of Success" and is given because of the young man's efforts to integrate into British society and start studying business sciences, NOVA reported.

The 21-year-old Bulgarian was buried with flowers by his favorite English football team Arsenal.

Boys from the team's fan club were always by his mother Marijana Petrova in the difficult days after his death.

The Bulgarian priest in London, Dobromir Dimitrov, also took part in the mourning ceremony, who also read a letter of condolence on behalf of the Bulgarian state, signed by Ambassador Marin Raykov.

Gabriel was stabbed on the fourth of November while walking home with a friend.

Three students aged 14, 16 and 17 were arrested for his murder.

According to police, the five boys met for about 5 minutes on a bus, during which there was an argument.

Gabriel and his friend get off, and the three attackers continue to ride for two more stops, then come back to them and attack them.

Gabriel was an ardent fan of the Arsenal football team, but his mother said this had nothing to do with his murder.

The attackers were complete strangers.

Stoyanov will be cremated in London.

With half of his mortal remains, a tree will be planted next to his favorite place in the British capital, and with the other half, the same mourning ritual will be performed in his hometown of Varna.

Thus, he will have his own place both in Bulgaria and in London, where the people who love him can remember him.

At the scene of his attack on London's Bromley Road, people continue to lay flowers and his family have placed 21 balloons to commemorate the boy's passing.

His mother gave all the people who help her during these difficult days a little angel with his name.

She vowed to do everything in her power to make a difference in British society so that no more innocent young people die in this way.

Two 16-year-old boys were recently stabbed to death in London at the same time, and over 40,000 sharp crimes are committed in the UK every year.
