This was announced by the UN's independent international commission for the investigation of war crimes of the Russian Federation, writes Ukrinform.

The destruction of schools affects the availability of education, including in the de-occupied areas of Kharkiv and Kherson regions, experts note.

There is destruction of civil infrastructure, energy and transport networks.

UN experts recalled that civilian infrastructure is protected by international humanitarian law, so they "intend to study this issue in detail" and submit a report to the UN Human Rights Council next March.

"According to our mandate, we will continue to investigate violations of human rights, international humanitarian law and related crimes and - where possible - we will try to identify the culprits," - noted the members of the commission.

According to the UN, 6,557 civilians were killed and 10,074 were injured as a result of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

But.

of course, the real numbers are much higher due to restrictions on access to the war zone.

TSN.ua collected all the worst terrorist attacks of Russia against peaceful Ukrainians.

We will remind that earlier

the UN called the humanitarian situation in the south of Ukraine "critical"

.

The UN noted that they hope to cover the basic needs of the people in Kherson with the support of the authorities, if it is possible to maintain the same level of aid that has been sent over the past two weeks.
