According to the information provided by APA's Moscow correspondent citing Russian mass media, the oligarch and his accomplices were detained by the Special Department of the British Anti-Terrorism Police on suspicion of evading the sanctions regime.

After four hours of questioning, Friedman and his accomplices were released on bail of £150,000 and an obligation to appear at Scotland Yard.
