It was suspected of being hit by side waves. The beating caused the hull to capsize, and one person at the scene clung to the overturned hull and waited for rescue. Afterwards, the Coast Guard and the Security Checkpoint dispatched a lifeboat and rescued it with the fishing boats leaving the port, and successfully rescued the overturned raft and people into the port.
