The Minister of Energy this week sent a report on unregulated access of Gemcorp to strategic sites.

This was stated in the studio of the program "Speak Now" on BNT Desislava Trifonova from GERB

GERB is a center-right populist, conservative and pro-European political party in which it is the chairman of the temporary parliamentary committee on the Gemcorp case.

"The entire memorandum happened entirely behind the backs of the Bulgarian services - there were no negotiations, there is no evidence of any checks in any institution. An inspection of the DANS was not assigned - the commission has a letter from the chairman of the DANS that it was not assigned to them such an inspection by the then Prime Minister Kiril Petkov before or after the signing of the memorandum," she said.

The letter is from November 30 of this year, Trifonova stated and pointed out that "Jemcorp" was not only not checked, but also gained access to TPP "Maritsa" 1 and 2 without permission.

They set up an ad hoc committee on the memorandum with Gemcorp

Regarding the formation of a cabinet - GERB

GERB is a center-right populist, conservative and pro-European political party in will do everything possible to realize the first term, will talk with political parties and seek unification around different goals.

We have yet to judge whether it will be put to a vote, but in any case, we will propose a government that we believe can lead the country through the crises.

There will be a structure of the Council of Ministers, there will be a proposal for a prime minister and ministers

According to her, with the changes in the Electoral Code, the fairness of voting has returned.

"From the PP we saw a hysterical behavior on this topic and de facto Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev are trying to punish the Bulgarians who want to roam with paper, telling them 'if you want paper, there will be no government'". Trifonova explained that the law was watched for two weeks in the hall because the title and individual paragraphs were discussed for hours, procedures and speeches were used just to pass the time. "We cannot enter into a coalition with the BSP as we have a decision of our higher authorities ", said Desislava Trifonova.
