The SBU published an exclusive video of the exchange of prisoners that took place on Thursday, December 1.

"Yesterday, 50 Ukrainian heroes returned home from Russian captivity. Among them are defenders from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Territorial Defense, Naval Forces, National Guard, State Border Service. In total, it was possible to return four officers and 46 private and non-commissioned servicemen", - says the comment to the video.

"Most of the freed Ukrainians were wounded and injured. Some of them have amputated limbs or are unable to move. All of them will undergo medical examination, treatment and rehabilitation. The next exchange is the result of the work of the Joint Center for the Coordination of the Search and Release of Prisoners of War, who implemented the decision of the Coordination Headquarters regarding the treatment of prisoners of war," the SBU notes.

We will remind, on December 1, Russia and Ukraine conducted another exchange of prisoners.

Among them are defenders of Mariupol and prisoners of Olenivka.

The youngest of the freed heroes turned 19

, the oldest - 59. Defenders from the Armed Forces, Teroborona, Naval Forces, National Guard, State Border Service returned home.

Among them are four officers and 46 servicemen of private and non-commissioned ranks.

In total, more than 1,300 heroes

have already returned home .
