APA reports that this was said by First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev during the second reading of the draft law "On Public-Private Partnership" at today's session of the Milli Majlis.
The deputy minister said that the adoption of this law will allow disputes to be resolved either in Azerbaijan's courts or in international courts: "The draft law envisages having interests in a transparent mechanism."
He noted that the scope of the draft law is wide: "During the preparation of this draft law, world experience was considered.
Protection of environmental requirements is included in the draft law.
