All countries, especially the countries of Central Asia, understand the importance of the Middle Corridor and having the appropriate infrastructure.

"APA-Economics" reports that Taleh Ziyadov, director general of Baku Port, told reporters.

According to him, countries with infrastructure will be able to actively participate in the Middle Corridor.

"However, those who do not have infrastructure, all Central Asian countries, and our neighbors, are doing serious work to make this infrastructure ready," Taleh Ziyadov stressed.

The general director added that Azerbaijan did these works 10 years ago: "The country has a modern port, airports, ships, and a railway. But there are also works to be done. Tasks have been given to implement them. Further works, of course, is the integration of infrastructure with neighboring countries".
