In December 2021, there was a bomb blast in the Ludhiana district court.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA), probing the Ludhiana Court Building blast case, has achieved great success.

The NIA has arrested the mastermind of the blast and the most wanted terrorist Harpreet Singh alias Happy Malaysia.

NIA arrested him from Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi.

He had returned to India by flight from Malaysia. 

Investigation revealed that the most wanted terrorist Happy Malaysia was an associate of Lakhbir Singh Rode.

Lakhbir Singh Rode is the head of International Sikh Youth Federation based in Pakistan.

Along with Happy Rode, he was one of the conspirators of the Ludhiana Court Complex blast.

Acting on Rode's instructions, Happy had delivered the custom-made IED.

It was sent to India from Pakistan.

This was used in the Ludhiana Court Complex blast.

In December 2021, there was a bomb blast in the Ludhiana district court.

Gagandeep Singh, a sacked employee of the Punjab Police, was killed in this blast.

At the same time, six other people were injured in the incident.

The case regarding this was registered on 23 December 2021 in District Ludhiana Commissionerate, Punjab.

At the same time, the NIA had re-registered the case on 13 January 2021.

What was the matter


, Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was used in the bomb blast that took place on 23 December 2021 at 12.25 pm in Ludhiana District Court.

One man was killed in this blast, while 6 others were injured.

Teams of NSG, NIA and National Bomb Data Center from Delhi had reached the spot to investigate the blast.

10 hours after the blast, at 10.15 pm, the NSG team removed the body lying in the debris and kept it in the mortuary of the civil hospital.

NIA officials said, "Acting on Rode's instructions, Harpreet delivered custom-made IEDs, which were sent from Pakistan to his associates in India. It was used in the Ludhiana Court Complex blast." 

A reward of 10 lakh was kept by the


NIA had declared a reward of 10 lakh rupees on Harpreet Singh.

A non-bailable warrant was issued against him from the special NIA court and a look-out circular was also issued.
