The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that 17 Ukrainian embassies abroad received letters with threats and intimidation.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, said this in an interview with CNN.

According to the diplomat, the main goal of terror is to intimidate Ukrainian diplomats so that they do not help their own country.

When asked by a journalist who could be behind the terror, Kuleba suggested that, most likely, Russia or its supporters.

"I'm tempted to name Russia right away, because first of all, you need to answer the question, who benefits? Perhaps this terror is

Russia's response to the diplomatic horror that we have created for Russia on the international stage

, and in this way they are trying to fight back, losing real diplomatic battles one after another," he said.
