The Prime Minister of Finland, Sanna Marin, expressed the opinion that Europe is

"not strong enough" without the help of the

United States .

That is why, after the end of the war in Ukraine, European countries must strengthen their defense potential.

The Guardian writes about this with reference to the head of the Finnish government.

"We have to make sure that we are stronger. And

I will be honest with you, Europe is not strong enough.

We would be in trouble without the United States.

We have to make sure that we also build those capabilities when it comes to European defense, the European defense industry, and make sure that we can cope in different situations

", she said.

Sanna Marin

urged to provide the Armed Forces with the necessary means to win the war.

From her sl

iv, Washington played an important role

role in the supply of weapons, financial and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

The politician believes that Europe should strengthen its defense capabilities in order to face potential threats in the future.

Marin also stated that after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Finland's priority changed "overnight".

That is why her country chose the path to NATO.

As a reminder, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that

NATO countries and their allies plan to increase their own production of ammunition,

because they supply it to Ukraine against the background of the war.
