Final: MPs returned the paper ballot

The proposal for an all-paper vote was rejected in the re-vote with 43 votes in favour, 88 against and 25 abstentions. 

"We continue the change" and "Democratic Bulgaria" were not in the hall.

The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) is a centrist political party in Bulgaria, which also uses "Bulgarian Rise", MPs from "BSP for Bulgaria" and GERB-SDS voted against the proposal, and Vazrazhdane abstained.
