Russia launches missiles at Ukraine from 40 airfields.

In order for the missile attacks to stop, Ukraine also needs to have long-range weapons.

Yuriy Ignat, the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this on Apostrof TV.

"We are talking about airfields in the occupied Crimea, in Belarus, as well as in Russia. Each airfield can receive certain types of aircraft. For the Russians, it is important to disperse tactical aviation to different airfields in order to have different options and different distances to the objects that the enemy is going to to attack. Ukraine has said more than once that we really need to have certain types of long-range weapons with which we could deter the enemy in one direction or another," he said.

Missile strikes on Ukraine

Russian terrorists have been massively shelling Ukraine with missiles since February 24.

According to Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov, Russia launched 16,000 missile strikes during the 9 months of the war, 97% of which hit civilian targets.

Since October 10, the occupiers have been massively shelling Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

Intelligence believes that in this way the occupiers want to leave Ukrainians without heat and electricity during severe frosts.
