The Delhi High Court has suspended an Additional Sessions Judge of Rouse Avenue Court and his female stenographer with immediate effect in connection with the objectionable video.

When a video surfaced in the matter, the High Court took suo moto cognizance and took this action.

Not only this, the court has also constituted an inquiry committee.

Along with this, the court also banned the dissemination of the alleged video, in which a court employee is allegedly seen sexually assaulting a woman.
