The former palace of the Radzivils in Dziatlav, Hrodna region, which they tried to sell at auction for a year, was bought by a Russian businessman for 100 rubles, writes "Vechernii Grodno".

The buyer leased it for 50 years.

With the palace of 1,500 square meters, a 0.4-hectare plot of land near the palace is leased for 50 years.

It is not yet known what exactly will be there after the reconstruction.

Belarusian Svetlana, representative of the buyer, explained to the publication: "I can say for sure that the palace will have only a social orientation, there is no talk of commercialization of the object.

Considering that there used to be a hospital there, perhaps a rehabilitation center or another institution to help people will appear."

The palace was built in 1751 on the foundation of Nikolay Faustin Radzivil on the left bank of the Dziatlavka River.

Since the end of the 18th century, it belonged to the Soltans.

Due to the participation of the Soltans in the 1831 uprising, the manor was taken away by the royal authorities in 1836.

The palace was used as barracks for cavalry units.

a school was located in the palace.

In Soviet times, the building housed a district hospital.
