Propaganda media of the Russian Federation write that this is the largest thermal power plant in Perm.

The CHP provides energy supply for oil refining and is one of the main sources of heat for the left bank part of the city.

According to Baza, the roof of the workshop is on fire on an area of ​​1,500 square meters. 

500 people were evacuated from the territory of the CHP.

It is reported that there is a threat of the fire spreading to other buildings.
