The SBI has collected materials that will be used to judge the deserter.

The man tried to lure the Ukrainian military to the temporarily occupied Kherson.

This was reported in the press service of the SBI.

As it became known, the employees of the SBI completed the pre-trial investigation regarding the ex-military man, who already after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation wanted to lure the Ukrainian military to the temporarily occupied Kherson.

"After the hostilities began, the soldier received weapons, ammunition and ammunition, but instead of performing his official duties, he fled from Mykolaiv to Kherson, captured by the Russians.

He also wanted to deceive other military personnel and lure them to Kherson under the pretense that this was an order from the command.

Hiding in the temporarily occupied territory, the man actively promoted pro-Russian views, supported the war against Ukraine and justified the crimes of the Russian Federation against peaceful Ukrainians," the SBI press service said.

Now the man is wanted.

He faces up to 15 years in prison.

We will remind you that in Kherson the SBU detained two collaborators who kidnapped Ukrainians to death camps.
