"Azercell Telekom" LLC continues its projects in the direction of education, professional development and employment of young people within the framework of its Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.

In partnership with the "SOS Children's Villages - Azerbaijan" Association of the country's leading mobile operator, it opens wide opportunities for young people without parental care to build a career and step into a secure future.

The goal of the project is to prepare 100 young people aged 15-25 growing up in SOS Children's Villages and communities for the job market, expand the scope of their existing activities and create new initiatives for their personal development.

The activities that will cover the cities of Baku, Ganja and Sumgayit will primarily consist of online training on the topics of employment preparation and small entrepreneurship, consisting of 8 modules.

Leadership skills, Communication skills training, practical modules such as Financial Literacy, interviews with Human Resources managers are planned.

The webinars will be presented on the "YouthLinks" platform.

At the next stage of the project, it is planned to involve the participating young people in various professional trainings according to their knowledge, skills and desires.

In the end, young people who have successfully completed vocational training are planned to undergo an experience and mentorship program in the presence of various business representatives in those professional fields.

It should be noted that the comprehensive support of orphans and children in need of special care, protection of their health and rights, their quality education, and their integration into society are among the social issues that "Azercell Telekom" always focuses on.
